Electroclash is still alive!

Ce este electroclash? Electroclash-ul a aparut ca, contra-raspuns la muzica electronica promovata in ultimii ani.. Si anume, aduce mai mult stil si substanta genului din care provine. 'Peak'-ul l-a atins prin 2001-2005 cand atentia mediei s-a concentrat mult pe noul gen, tansformand-ul astfel intr-un adevarat trend. Lucru care dupa parerea mea a daunat mult. Orice lucru ce devine mainstream, ca e vorba de punk si pana la techno, se 'strica'. La modul ca devenind accesibil tuturor, indivizi care se muleaza dupa ultimul trend, isi pierde avantul si sensul initial.
La fel se pare ca s-a intamplat cu elektroclash-ul din State.
Insa, spre bucuria mea si nu numai, el continua in forta prin orase ca Londra si Berlin, aici aflandu-se 'nucleul' miscarii.
mai jos va las sa ascultati prima piesa de la care se pare ca a pornit totul. E vorba de proiectul producatorului si DJ-ului olandez Ferenc E. van der Sluijs aka IF cu al lui piesa 'Space invaders are smoking grass'

Asta era prin 1997. Reprezentantii 'moderni' si niste electroclash-eri adevarati sunt preferatii mei Fischerspooner. Daca vrei sa intelegi ce inseamna electroclash, baietii astia sunt electroclash-ul. Urmareste cateva dintre LIVE-act-urile lor care sunt adevarate show-uri. Teatru, moda, muzica. Toate astea intr-un singur concert.
emerge - primul lor single cu care s-au facut cunoscuti. Hooooooooold tite!!!!!!!!!

Si sa nu-i uitam pe Trash Fashion si Robots in Disguise, pe care i-am putut vedea in oraselul nostru chiar anul trecut in Setup Venue la Underlondon
